Important: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, we offer a 6-month replacement warranty for manufacturing defects.

No Return Policy

We at LifeVolt do not accept returns once a product has been sold and delivered.

All sales are considered final. Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product ordered by customer
  • Delayed delivery by courier
Section 03

6-Month Replacement Warranty

While we do not offer returns or refunds, we do provide a 6-month replacement warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects.

If your product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it — not refund it.

Replacement Conditions — Not Covered

Replacement requests will be rejected for:

  • Physical damage caused by mishandling
  • Burnt motor due to overloading or voltage fluctuation
  • Water or liquid damage
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Normal wear and tear
Section 05

Replacement Process

To request a replacement under warranty, follow these steps:

  1. 1Contact us with your Order ID and a brief description of the issue.
  2. 2Provide clear photo or video proof of the defect. Label it as "Replacement Request".
  3. 3Our team will inspect and evaluate the claim within 3–5 business days.
  4. 4If approved, a replacement unit will be dispatched.
Section 06

Shipping for Replacement

  • If the replacement is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will bear the shipping cost for sending the replacement unit.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping the defective product back to us (if required).
Section 07

Important Note

A valid invoice/receipt is mandatory for all warranty and replacement claims. Requests without proof of purchase will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once the product has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

To cancel an order before dispatch, contact us immediately with your Order ID.
